Shruti Seth started her career as Model then turn as VJ and actress. She is born on 18th December 1977. Shruti is born and brought up in Mumbai itself. Did her schooling in Ashok Academy and graduated from St. Xaviers College in Economics and Commerce.

Shruti Seth , this glamorous personality is anchoring in the serial `Comedy Circus`.


She started her career as the Guest Relation Executive in Taj Hotel, and then took little interest in modeling. Her Television career starts with hosting in few programmes and commercials. Her debut acting in serial was `Thriller At 10`. Soon after it she had offered`Desh Main Nikla Hoga Chand`. She also worked in other serials as Neena Gupta `Kyun Hota Hai Pyaar` `Mann`, Josh` and `Mum Tum Aur Hum`. She got house hold fame with her role as Jia in `Shararat- Thodi Jaadu Thodi Nazaakat`.


Shruti loves travelling, watching movies, music, parties, shopping. Now onwards she wants to do different roles. From three to four years she is only sticking in anchoring. She loved her work with Farida Jalal in `Shararat`. If she didn`t become actress then she will try her luck in Interior designing.

She is very talkative and loves to be friendly with everyone. Because of her this nature she had offered to be a VJ in Channel [V]. Currently she is hosting `First day First show` and `Jungle Jukebox`. She just loves her job and says, She may be born only to entertain. She also hosted in a talent show, named `Kuch Kar Dikhana Hai`. Now she is hosting `Bollywood Cutting` in Sahara Channel. She got more popularity with her role as Fatty (Fatima) in Kunal Kohli`s movie `Fannah`. Though it was a very small role but came with a great impact. She also came in `Waisa Bhi Hota Hai-2`,`Tara Rum Pum`,`Jhum Barabar Jhoom`.
